Bin rental
in Brampton
Flat-rate bins from $349, next-day drops across the city, and a dump trucking fleet behind them — so your gravel comes back on the truck that takes your bin away.
Brampton is a driveway town
More than any other city we serve, the work in Brampton is hard surfaces. Wide lots, wide driveways, big front pads, and a housing stock split between 1980s and 90s subdivisions whose original asphalt is long past its life, and newer builds out toward Mount Pleasant and the northwest where landscaping goes in after closing.
That means most of our Brampton bins go out for one of three things: an asphalt driveway tear-out, a concrete pad, walkway or porch removal, or excavation spoil from a backyard regrade or a basement entrance. All three are heavy material, all three go in a 10 or a 14, and all three end with somebody needing granular delivered.
Which is the whole reason to call us instead of a bins-only company. We're the bin division of a Mississauga dump trucking outfit that has been hauling aggregate for builders across Peel since 2020. The truck taking your broken driveway to the recycler comes back with your Granular A on it.
What Brampton books most
- Driveway tear-outs and widenings. Old asphalt out, base in. Before you widen, check the City of Brampton's current rules on driveway width and front-yard paving — enforcement is real here and it's cheaper to confirm than to rip it back out.
- Basement renovations and second-unit conversions. A 10 or 14 yard bin on the driveway, mixed demolition waste, usually a week.
- Backyard concrete and interlock removal. Old patios and walkways coming out for new stone. Concrete bin, then screening or ¾" clear back for the new base.
- New-build landscaping. Builder's rubble and clay off the lot, then triple mix and sod material back in. Common through Mount Pleasant, Countryside and the newer northwest pockets.
- Roof replacements. Shingles are heavier than they look — a 14 dropped tight to the house, not a 20.
Bins available in Brampton
| Bin | Dimensions | Tonnage | Best for | Flat rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | 12' × 8' × 3.5' | 1.5 tons | Heavy material · small reno | $349 |
| 14 yard | 12' × 7' × 4' | 2 tons | Heavy material · driveways · roofing | $399 |
| 20 yard | 12' × 8' × 5.5' | 3 tons | Whole-home reno · light mixed waste | $449 |
| 40 yard | 22' × 8' × 8' | 5 tons | New build · bulky light waste | $649 |
A cubic yard of broken concrete weighs about a ton. Fill a 20 or a 40 with heavy material and the load is too heavy to legally leave your driveway. Tell dispatch what's going in and we'll send the right box.
Getting a bin onto a Brampton driveway
Most Brampton driveways take a 10 or 14 comfortably. Plan for the length of the bin plus about 10 feet behind it so the truck can roll it off, and roughly 22 feet of overhead clearance — the hoist goes up before the bin comes down. The things that actually stop a drop here are low hydro service lines running to the house, mature front-yard maples, and cars that nobody moved.
Boards go down under the rollers on every residential placement, and the driver sweeps the drop area before pulling out. If the bin has to sit on the road rather than your property, that needs a permit from the City — arrange it before the truck is booked.
How fast can you get here?
We're based in Mississauga, roughly twenty minutes from most of Brampton, and our trucks are running through Peel all day on hauling work rather than sitting in a yard between bin routes. Call before 3 PM and there's a strong chance your bin is on site the next morning. Same-day drops are frequently possible if a truck is already headed your way — worth a phone call rather than an assumption.
