Bin rental
in Vaughan
Woodbridge, Maple, Concord, Kleinburg and Thornhill. Flat-rate bins from $349, heavy-material bins that can actually be lifted, and aggregate back on the same trip.
A city that builds for itself
Vaughan has more construction talent per square kilometre than anywhere else we serve. Woodbridge and Kleinburg in particular are full of trades who build their own houses and their neighbours' — which means the work here skews heavily toward custom builds, knock-down rebuilds and serious hardscaping rather than the light renovation work that fills bins elsewhere.
It also means the customer knows exactly what they're doing. Nobody in Woodbridge needs a bin company to explain what Granular A is. What they want is a bin that turns up when it was promised, priced at the number they were quoted, from an outfit that won't send a broker's truck and hope.
That's the pitch. We own the fleet, we publish the prices, and the trucks that bring the bins are the same trucks that have been hauling aggregate for GTA builders since 2020.
What Vaughan books
- Knock-down rebuilds. Old bungalow off the lot, new build on. Concrete and masonry first, mixed demolition second, clean fill off the excavation third — three different bins over three phases, and we'd rather schedule all three up front.
- Driveway and hardscape replacement. Interlock, natural stone, poured concrete aprons. Heavy out, screening and ¾" clear back. See concrete bins.
- Basement excavation and underpinning. High volumes of clay in a tight access footprint. See soil & fill bins.
- Commercial fit-outs and warehouse work. The Concord and Highway 7 employment lands run steady tenant-improvement demolition.
- Landscaping on estate lots. Kleinburg and the Nashville Road area — large regrades, retaining walls, and material orders big enough to be worth quoting off the trucking side.
Bins available in Vaughan
| Bin | Dimensions | Tonnage | Best for | Flat rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | 12' × 8' × 3.5' | 1.5 tons | Heavy material · tight side yards | $349 |
| 14 yard | 12' × 7' × 4' | 2 tons | Heavy material · hardscape · roofing | $399 |
| 20 yard | 12' × 8' × 5.5' | 3 tons | Interior strip-out · light mixed waste | $449 |
| 40 yard | 22' × 8' × 8' | 5 tons | Rebuilds · commercial · bulky light waste | $649 |
A cubic yard of broken concrete weighs about a ton. On a rebuild it is genuinely worth phasing the bins — heavy material in small boxes first, bulky light waste in the 40 afterwards — rather than trying to do it in one.
Phasing bins on a rebuild
The most common expensive mistake on a Vaughan teardown is ordering one 40 yard bin for the whole job. The foundation and slab go in first, the bin is over weight before it's a third full, and it sits there unable to move while the framing waste piles up beside it.
The cheaper sequence is heavy first, light second: a 14 for concrete and masonry, swapped as needed, then a 40 for everything bulky and light once the hard material is gone. Tell dispatch it's a rebuild and roughly when each phase lands, and we'll schedule the swaps around your trades instead of waiting for a phone call each time.
Access and placement
Vaughan's newer subdivisions have generous driveways and this is rarely difficult. The exceptions are older Woodbridge streets with narrow frontages and cars on both sides, and Kleinburg properties with gated or tree-lined entrances. We need the length of the bin plus about 10 feet behind it and roughly 22 feet of overhead clearance.
Boards go down under the rollers on every residential placement — worth noting where a stamped concrete or natural stone driveway is staying while the backyard comes out. The driver sweeps the drop area before leaving. A bin on a City street rather than private property needs a permit from the City of Vaughan, arranged by the owner or contractor before the truck is booked.
Coming from Mississauga
We're based in Mississauga and run into Vaughan daily via the 407 and 427 corridors, which puts most of Woodbridge and Concord within easy reach. Call before 3 PM and there's a strong chance your bin is on site the next morning. For Kleinburg, Maple and the northern edges, next-day is the realistic promise and same-day depends on where the trucks already are — ask and dispatch will tell you straight.
