Bin rental
in Mississauga
This is our home yard. Flat-rate bins from $349, the shortest response time we offer anywhere, and a dump trucking fleet that brings your aggregate back on the same trip.
We're based here
Royal Bins & Disposal is the bin division of Litt Trucking Ltd., and the yard is in Mississauga. That matters for one practical reason: everywhere else we serve is a drive, and Mississauga is not. Same-day drops are ordinary here rather than a favour, and if you finish early we can often collect the same afternoon rather than leaving a full bin on your driveway over a weekend.
It also means our trucks are moving through the city all day on aggregate hauling work. A bin request in Mississauga rarely needs a dedicated trip — there's usually already a truck going past.
What Mississauga throws out
Mississauga's housing stock is older than Brampton's, and that shapes the work. Lakeview, Cooksville, Port Credit, Applewood and Clarkson are full of 1950s–1970s homes now going through second and third renovations, or being knocked down and rebuilt entirely. The original concrete driveways, porches and garage pads from that era are all reaching end of life at once.
- Concrete driveway and porch removal. Sixty-year-old poured concrete, usually reinforced, always heavier than the homeowner expects. See concrete bins.
- Whole-home renovations and knock-down rebuilds. Common through Lorne Park, Mineola, Port Credit and Sheridan. Mixed demolition waste, then clean fill off the excavation.
- Basement lowering and underpinning. Enormous volumes of clay spoil in a small access footprint — a 10 yard bin swapped repeatedly, or a truck if the access allows. See soil & fill bins.
- Commercial and industrial fit-outs. The employment lands around Airport Corporate, Meadowvale, Dixie and Northeast Mississauga run steady tenant-improvement demolition work.
- Condo and townhouse renovations. Access is the constraint, not volume — usually a 10 yard placed in a visitor spot with property-management approval arranged in advance.

A cubic yard of broken concrete weighs about a ton. On the old poured driveways around Cooksville and Applewood this catches people out constantly — a 20 filled with slab cannot legally be lifted. Tell dispatch what's going in.
Placement in older neighbourhoods
South Mississauga is where access gets interesting. The lots in Port Credit, Mineola and parts of Lakeview are narrow and deep, driveways are single-width, and mature trees arch right over them. We need the length of the bin plus about 10 feet behind it, and roughly 22 feet of overhead clearance for the hoist. Low branches are the number one reason a drop fails here.
If you're unsure whether a bin will fit, send a photo of the driveway from the street when you book and dispatch will tell you before the truck is dispatched rather than after. Boards go down under the rollers on every residential drop, and the driver sweeps the area before pulling out — which matters more than usual on interlock.
Bins on a City street rather than private property need a permit from the City of Mississauga. That's the property owner's or contractor's job to arrange, and it's worth doing before you book the truck.
The bin-out, gravel-in trip
Because the yard is here, the Driveway Package works better in Mississauga than anywhere else we run. The truck that takes your broken concrete to the recycler is coming back through the city anyway, so it returns loaded with ¾" clear, Granular A, sand, screening or topsoil, dropped exactly where you want it. One vendor, one delivery window, one invoice, and no second trip charge. See the Driveway Package.
