How to use this mockup: it's a clickable preview of the software, not the software itself. All names, loans and amounts are sample data. Buttons, tabs, menus and forms work so you can see each function: saving shows a confirmation message, but nothing is actually stored (except the drop-down values you add, which this browser remembers so you can see them appear on other screens). The calculators on the lead intake, quick quote, loan, renewal and discharge screens run live. Placeholders in [square brackets] are details we still need from you. Use the sidebar to move around, or the All screens button (bottom right) to come back here.
Updated to match the software as built
Since the first mockup, the build has grown. These areas are new or much bigger:
Configurable drop-downsEvery list can be extended from the form and managed in Settings → Lookup lists.
AccountingFull general ledger, financial statements, payables, operating bank and period close.
PortalsBorrower, investor and broker portals, and a staff queue for their requests.
Forms & e-signatureForm designer, website mortgage application, built-in e-signing and secure upload pages.
Appointments & automationBooking calendar, staff schedules and automation rules that create tasks and messages.
Inbox & AI InsightsShared email inbox with team collaboration, portal messages and AI-assisted follow-up.
Dual control on moneyA second person approves distributions, transfers, banking changes, bill payments, journals and sign-offs.
Data import & set-upFirst-run set-up wizard and importers for your existing book (with test run and roll back).
Every drop-down is configurable New
Every drop-down (property type, lead source, payment method, lost reason, document type and more than 60 other lists) comes from a company list that you control. Nothing is hard-coded.
Add a value on the spot: open any drop-down in a form and choose + Add new value…. The new value is saved to the company list, so everyone can pick it on every screen that uses that list.
Pick-a-record drop-downs (a contact, lender, lawyer, broker, vendor, staff member) offer + New contact… and similar, so you can quick-create the record without leaving the form.
Manage every list in Settings → Lookup lists: rename, hide, re-order, set the default, delete values your team added, or create new lists for custom fields. Hidden values stay on old records, so history and reports aren't affected.
Control who can add: an admin can switch off adding from forms. Staff then see + Request a new value…; the request waits in Settings → Lookup lists for an admin to approve or decline.
The small list icon beside a drop-down's label jumps straight to that list in Settings, and each list there shows where it is used, with links to those screens.
